    At Hub360 Circuits Ltd, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair, and it applies only to factory defects confirmed upon inspection.

    Return Eligibility

    • Refunds: Must be requested within 3 days of purchase.
    • Exchanges: Available within 7 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, in their original, resalable condition, and accompanied by the purchase receipt and a written reason for return.
    • DIY kits and modified items are non-refundable.

    Return Process

    Before returning any item, please contact us through one of the following:

    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    • A GHS 5 cleaning/restocking fee may apply where necessary.

    Refund & Warranty Details

    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days, excluding shipping fees.
    • Refunds are issued in Ghana cedis (GHS), based on the original payment method.
    • Products may come with manufacturer warranties. Hub360 can assist with warranty claims but is not liable for manufacturer defects.
