    The TYN1225 is a high-power silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) designed for power control and switching applications. It features high surge current capability, a low forward voltage drop, and a high blocking voltage, making it ideal for demanding industrial and commercial environments. Packaged in a TO-220AB case, the TYN1225 delivers excellent thermal performance, ruggedness, and long-term reliability.
