    The MAX483 is a low-power transceiver designed for RS-485 and RS-422 communication. It operates from a single 5V supply and features low power consumption, making it ideal for battery-powered and power-sensitive applications. The transceiver is designed for half-duplex communication and can support data rates up to 2.5 Mbps.
