    The IR2181 is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channels. It is designed to drive low-side and high-side MOSFETs and IGBTs efficiently, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including motor control, power supplies, and DC-DC converters. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration, operating up to 600V. The IC features robust protection features and high noise immunity.
