IR2113
The IR2113 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high- and low-side referenced output channels. This driver is designed for use in half-bridge and full-bridge applications, enabling efficient driving of N-channel power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It features integrated deadtime control, undervoltage lockout, and matched propagation delay for the high and low sides, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
