    The IR2112S is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channels. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration, operating up to 600V. The IR2112S provides high pulse current buffers with a minimum dead-time to protect the switches from shoot-through. The IC is available in an SOP16 package, making it suitable for various high-power applications. Key Features:
