IR2152S SOP8
The IR2152S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with integrated bootstrap functionality, designed to drive high- and low-side switches in a half-bridge or full-bridge configuration. It features an internal oscillator, frequency and dead-time control, and a fault detection function. The device is optimized for compact designs and is housed in an SOP-8 package.
