IR21531S SOP8
The IR21531S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with a self-oscillating feature, designed for half-bridge configurations. This IC integrates a high-side and low-side driver, a bootstrap diode, and a self-oscillating circuit to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs efficiently. The IR21531S is ideal for applications such as electronic ballasts, switch-mode power supplies, and DC-DC converters.
