    The SN74HC251N is a high-speed CMOS 8-input multiplexer with 3-state outputs. This device selects one of eight binary data inputs, as determined by the address inputs (A, B, C). The output is a single data line which can be placed into a high-impedance state by the output enable (OE) input.
