The 40mm dual-wall heat shrink tubing is engineered for durable electrical insulation, moisture protection, and mechanical reinforcement. With a 2:1 shrink ratio and a heat-activated adhesive lining, it creates a secure, watertight seal over wires, connectors, and splices.

• Dual-Wall Construction
  Combines a cross-linked polyolefin outer layer with a thermoplastic adhesive-lined inner wall. The inner resin melts during heat application, then solidifies upon cooling to create a moisture-tight, vibration-resistant seal.

• Sealing and Mechanical Protection
  Guarantees pullout resistance and slip prevention, ideal for long-term reliability in harsh environments. Prevents moisture ingress and enhances insulation integrity.

• Reinforcement at Stress Points
